Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing on your order. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information via email once your order has shipped. If your package is stolen or missing, please contact the shipping carrier and provide the tracking number. We cannot offer a refund or replacement for missing and/or stolen items.
If you selected free local delivery, you will receive an email notification once your order is delivered to your door step.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@oakandemberco.com for all return requests. We do not offer free returns on undamaged products. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on unused items, and a refund of the subtotal will be issued once we have received your return. Refunds are processed in the form of store credit only.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is lost in transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier.
If your items get delivered and have defects, please email hello@oakandemberco.com with a photo of the defect along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, or replacement.
If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so within one hour of purchase. Please email us at hello@oakandemberco.com to cancel or change your order. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation.
All of our orders include a candle care instruction card. Additional candle care information can be found under the "About" menu in "Candle Care." It's important to know how to properly light and care for our wooden wick candles for overall safety and to give your candle the longest happiest life.
